I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the service. The young girl at the counter was very disorganized and had a bad attitude. It was not even lunchtime yet (11:00 a.m.) and she tried to give me the wrong order. When I informed her that it was not what I had ordered, she became angry with me. It was a frustrating experience and I was treated poorly.
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. There was a line of about 15 customers and they did not acknowledge us at all. They did not even say that they would be with us shortly. The only way to get service was to cut in line. What happened to McDonald's? They used to prioritize good customer service.
We waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with three people ahead of us. I wish I had asked why it was taking so long. We were stuck in line and unable to move, but I should have inquired about the delay.
Fish sandwiche was great i just wish they stop redropping fries and stop overcooking the apple pies all the dam filling be out of them
