Taco Bell - Kinston

I came to this restaurant this time because they do not have the taco shell salad supreme. Instead, I ordered the Beef Crunchy Taco Supreme with extra tomatoes and extra sour cream. The Bellgrande was also delicious.

Now, I'm putting a pickup order on the mobile app. So I made an order, and at the end of the order, they ask how late they want to pick it up. as it began to make my meal at 18 o'clock and was done at 18:15 o'clock. So I have a text at 6:15 and said my meal is ready to pick up at the switch. now you remember my pick-up time is at 7 o'clock. When I arrived there, my food was cold and I'm asking it to come by. even when they were finished, I had to ask for my drinks. that was the worst experience ever. that will be my last time. my question is, why do they ask, what time to pick up? but you're making my lunch early.

My command was wrong. I should have supreme tacos and not get them. it just ruined my order.

Every time I come to this restaurant, my order is messed up. articles are missing or completely wrong, and it is sad that most employees are so sweet today I tried to tell them what we were missing and the manager talked about me to tell me what I was missing. as if u already knew what was missing, why it was missing at all. I officially gave up at this place.

Good food, nice prices. Glad dining in is back. No Fear!
