Burger King - Kirchheim

Got off the autobahn and made stop in this BK cause had a few hours left on my trip. Had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. An average BK, but it wasn't bad

Firstly, waited for around minutes as the first person in line without someone to get my order. Asked several of the employees but no one could help me. After begging for help I asked for a crispy chicken with still water with ice where...I should pay for a full meal..! The water was not still and without ice! After that I went up and asked for still water with ice for the second time and not getting ice this time. Worst experience on a Burger King. Decently changed my mind on the company. Bad service

All topp, very friendly service at the counter, so it should always be! also outside you sit very nice

The food was delicious, the whopper xl with pommes and cola. at a reasonable price. the personal was friendly. the sandwich was delivered and was wonderfully warm. the pommes were not mushy, but crispy. I went home
