(Not one of these typical tourist-places. All the dishes I tasted so far were delicious and plentiful. My advice: downsize, you will find the small portion more than sufficient. The service was attentive and very friendly.
We ate here on our last evening in Germany last May. I am behind in my reviews from the trip. We anticipated a great evening of traditional German fare. For starters we had the Asparagas soup-white asparagas was in season. It came out luke warm and far thinner and with less flavor than others we had elsewhere. My wife ordered traditional German schnitzel and it was fine. I made the mistake of ordering the liver. I asked that it not be overcooked. It came out horrible-overcooked to a point that it was hard and dry. It was not a good experience.

Excellent regional dishes, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and very reasonable prices. They do a good breakfast spread too.
