Went to Mark Scott’s bistro tonight with my lovely wife Liz.The weather was dank ,but the welcome was warm and friendly.I opted for the gin pate ,and my wife ,the garlic king prawns,both very nice ,and were polished off very quickly .The mains ,I opted for the Lamb,and my wife, the swordfish,only to be told ,that they had ran out ,so she opted for the sea bass.Both dishes were lovely ,and were washed down by a decent bottle of Pinot ,Would highly recommend frequenting Scott’s Bistro !! Just been in for lunch with a friend. The food is made to order. We had the lite bite meal. Good quality food, hot and well presented. Good value for your money. Very friendly and relaxing. I would recommend the bistro to everyone. Parking: There were a few spaces at the front of the bistro. We went early, so no problem parking. Went as a party of 11 for my Mother in Laws birthday and we all ordered the Sunday Roast buffet. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious, with hot plates. Two joints of meat of your choice, roast potatoes, veggies, cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire puds served in the middle of the table to help yourself and felt like a home from home Sunday roast.
