Gourmet Latte - Kirkland

I enjoyed the pomegranate tea and spiced chai latte; both were excellent with no complaints. The service was prompt. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is that one of the staff members did take the initiative to fill out a form to replace my drink after I explained that I didn’t want a new one since I had already paid for a subpar item. Someone really needs to address the staff's attitude and provide some training, as I’ve noticed similar complaints from other customers. It's unfortunate, but I won’t be returning to this location, which saddens me since I have appreciated this brand for so many years.

The service here is incredibly fast and friendly. They serve excellent coffee and you can also grab a bagel or a muffin. My personal favorite is the ice-cold coffee. Food: 5/5.

I understand that she was doing her job and made my coffee well, but the lack of interaction was disappointing. Having worked in food service for over a decade, I know that sometimes the enthusiasm can fade, but this felt off-putting. It made me reluctant to leave a tip or consider returning. I didn’t catch her name, but I did hear her mention to another customer that she was from Lake Stevens. The coffee itself was just okay—not memorable in any way.
