Sirena Gelato - Kirkland

Delicious ice cream with a wide variety of flavors available. I especially love the mint chip! It's the perfect location on Park Lane in downtown Kirkland.

This charming little ice cream shop in Kirkland is a must-visit! I went for the first time after hearing great things, and I tried the Italian chocolate chip vanilla, mango, and salted caramel flavors. All of them were delicious and had a wonderful texture. The mango flavor was dairy-free, which made it somewhat unique. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't been there yet!

Since we moved here, this has been our favorite gelato place, and we used to visit regularly every couple of weeks. However, when we ordered gelato yesterday, we were shocked to find a significant drop in quality. The texture, which used to be smooth and creamy with a rich flavor, is now watery and icy, lacking the taste we loved. Additionally, the service didn't seem as friendly as it used to be, and we noticed that the stamp cards have been discontinued. It’s disappointing to see my favorite place decline like this. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the owners will pay attention and work to address these issues.

Definitely not Italian Gelato and not even particularly good ice cream. I had an afogato and the hazelnut ice-cream was gummy with huge ice crystals. See photo. Like something that had thawed and refrozen. I came here years ago and the Gelato was great then but I don't think I will be back.

So sad that they changed the vendor or recipe! We've been monthly regulars for years, was shocked to see that all the gelato looked different, and wow, the taste is nothing at all like it used to be. The flavors I had that were icy, gummy, and almost no flavor. Used to be so smooth, creamy and full of flavor. Please sirena, bring back the old stuff! It used to be so perfect!
