Starbucks - Kirkland

I usually go through the drive thru only at this store. The drive thru is always fast, and the order is always correct. I have found the batistas to always be sweet, kind, smiling, and polite!! This is one of my favorite Starbucks!!?? ??

Walked in this evening for two lattes, was excited to visit this store, since they just got done with the remodel. Came in wasn’t greeted, the lady on the cashier Jen or Jenna. Had no customer service skills, wasn’t attentive to my order. Kept talking to her coworker, she was rude unaware of her surroundings. Not the kind of service I am use to at Starbucks! Coffee was way too sweet and wasn’t steamed in as asked.I would recommend the Starbucks on 124th if in Kirkland, a lot better customer service! Staff at that store are always in a good mood delight to take orders!

Really slow service since they reopened, seems to take almost 5 minutes per car anymore

It's a standard Starbucks, but nice newly renovated seating area, and the new double-lane drive thru will hopefully fix the problem this location has long had with cars backing up in the parking lot, making it hard to park and unpark. Fingers crossed! But parking is definitely the weak point of this location if you want to go inside.Parking: Lot is always packed.

I love the coffee and the staff is great but after this remodel, it has lost all its character and I really hate being in there. it used to feel homey and a great place to get things done and now it feels like they want you to leave. The harsh lighting and limited seating are the cause. I’m really disappointed in this remodel.
