Tim Hortons - Kirkland Lake

The same Tim's experience I'm used to everywhere in Canada.

I ordered a small double-double and an everything bagel toasted with butter.Service was quick.It's a great place to meet new friends and get reacquainted with old ones.

Very slow for a place that is quit. One occasion there was an employee sho refused help out with instore customers cause he said he didnt feel like and stood at drive thru where there was no customers at the time.

Totally took 20 mins for our order to only see that it wasn't even close to what we ordered and paid for! Then another cashier took over and got order almost correct but a dozen donuts isn't 9 donuts.. and didn't realize it till we were gone. And had only got 2 donuts right out of 9...

Drive thru was quick. Order was correct and filled efficiently.
