Pizzeria Bros (west Island) - Kirkland

Wow. What a surprise. I was a little worried when I walked in because it looked like a fast food joint, but the only thing my experience here had in common with a fast food joint was that it was FAST! (ok and the plastic tray). I had the Prosciutto Crudo. It could be one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Everything from the dough, to the mixture of flavors and textures, to the quantity of each ingredient, to the doneness. Can't wait to try them all (without olives). The cannoli for dessert was amazing, too. Great bonus. They offered me a choice of a bag of chips or a cannoli to make a trio (that also felt fast food joint-ish)... get rid of the chips! They are out of place. It was a no-brainer to go with the cannoli. Wanted a cup of coffee with dessert but was afraid to try it. Next time.

Love watching my pizza being prepared before my eyes. Great service and the pizza was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Good vegan pizza. Slightly pricey and weird rules for mixing ingredients. Only aloud to the swap 1 ingredient with a different one. There must be a simpler way or maybe I just wasn't offered it.

Great pizza! Lots of options, wine and beer list. The crust is amazing!
