Contribuisci feedbackThe apparent owner or manager was frantically serving customers with a child on her back, contributing to the chaotic atmosphere. The food took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, considering the minimal number of customers and staff present. As we were leaving, a woman abruptly pushed the disabled exit button for us, causing my friend to release the pram and resulting in my baby falling down three steps outside without any apology. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unsafe, especially for mothers with young children. I would not recommend this establishment due to the lack of organization and safety concerns. The only positive aspect was the affordable price of the food.
Visited for the first time today despite living locally as a friend with a toddler asked if we could meet there as it was ideal for her daughter. The perfect place for those with smaller children, including a play area with cameras so you can enjoy your food/drink while being able to keep an eye on the little ones. The food and drink is both reasonably priced and great quality. Noticed groups without children also in the area with sofas and away from play areas so a bit more of a quiet area. Some great experiences seemed to be offered including a therapy room and toddler/baby activities. Will certainly be back with friends and again when I have my own children.
We visited this restaurant with three generations of our family, meeting friends and their children. The atmosphere was friendly, the food was delicious with generous portions, and the coffee was excellent. My toast was so large it could have fed two people. My granddaughter only wanted beans and that was easily accommodated. Babies and young children could sit in the play area where they could be easily seen by their parents. Older children could play in the den or on the slide. One adventurous child even made a break for the slide. There was plenty of space for strollers inside, although access via steps was a bit tricky for them. A staff member was kind enough to help us when we were leaving. The staff also regularly checked on tables to see if customers needed anything, which was very helpful when taking care of young children.
Since giving birth to my first baby 14 weeks ago, I have been coming to Babyccinos and I am impressed by what a wonderful concept it is. Whether you are on maternity leave or simply in need of a break with your little one, this cafe is fantastic for catching a few moments while your child plays or being supported by the friendly staff. As a food enthusiast, I can confirm that the menu is excellent; I particularly enjoy the eggs Florentine for brunch, followed by the indulgent Belgian waffles. I never spend more than ten pounds a week and can enjoy a delicious meal with a flat white coffee, all while surrounded by like-minded moms who make this place even more special. I highly recommend visiting Babyccinos, no matter how near or far you may be!
