Blue Plate Cafe - Kirklees

Travelled up north from london for an event and stumbled upon this lovely cafe for Sunday breakfast. It was delicious. A basic breakfast and our plates were full. Very reasonably priced too.

This restaurant is a hidden gem located behind the main road, near the Waterloo Tavern pub. It is a friendly cafe with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The interior is very nice, with comfortable seating and a peaceful decor. I ordered the full English breakfast, which was freshly cooked and delicious. The portions were generous and the quality of the sausage, bacon, tomato, and mushrooms was excellent. The cup of tea was also lovely. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I come to this restaurant for breakfast 1 or 2 times a week and I cannot find any faults with it. It is absolutely amazing in every way. The staff is lovely, the portion sizes are perfect, the food is delicious, and we always finish every bit on our plates. The prices are great too! I am looking forward to our next visit.

Best fried breakfast in Huddersfield. £5.50 including toast and tea/coffee. Highly recommend this lovely little place.
