Kfc - Kirklees

The restaurant was unclean, with dirty tables even though it wasn't busy. The windows and posters were dirty, and the staff appeared unhappy. I ordered a spicy wrap, which was decent but very small.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share that my husband and I recently visited KFC in Dewsbury. We parked in the KFC car park and when we came out, we found a ticket had been issued. There are signs for pay for parking on the other side of KFC, but not in or near the car park. The warden laughed at us and tried to start a fight. We will not be returning, as we found the situation to be disgusting given the amount we already paid for the food.

I went to the restaurant to place a quick order for myself. Upon entering, I noticed that the tables were covered in rubbish left by previous customers. I tried to order at the self-service machine, but it only offered a 'take out' option, even though I wanted to dine in. Despite the dirty environment, I went to the counter, having to navigate around delivery drivers. There was only one girl working behind the counter, who did not acknowledge me even after I said 'excuse me'. She seemed overwhelmed with orders, resulting in a dirty restaurant. It was clear that they were understaffed and overworked. The management should take the blame for losing a customer.

I went with and ordered 2 meals but the service was very slow , i was sure a pregnant lady next to me would have her baby before the food was ready luckily she didn't . The food was absolutely vile.Dry, overcooked and tasted very odd , not to usual standards at all. I'll not be going again.
