Sun Wah - Kirklees

Last night’s sweet and sour chicken was absolutely disgusting, burnt, dry and chewy , it was as though it had been cooked and re cooked and re cooking , did phone to complain the lady on phone said she would let them know , it’s not the kind of food expected from there , definitely put me of the place

Didn’t realise they were closed Monday to Wednesday, we were disappointed couldn’t get a reply but glad we waited to try again the night after and was told they shut Monday-wednesdays. Girl on phone very helpful, food was delivered prompt and we enjoyed our order. The chow main noodle dishes are HUGE!

We love our take away from Sun Wah. They dont deliver to our post code but we drive to collect because the food is second to none. Every meal we have had has been faultless! So tasty, fresh and good portion sizes.

Do not order often but in the past were very happy, tonight the order was short of ingredients stated on the menu , 36 a a curry came with app 5 prawns a few bits of beef no chicken loads of onions and curry sauce the sauce was nice but contents was poor , phoned up and told we had asked for no chicken complete lies told next order would be 10%less ?? the meal was 50% less oh! and some crackers no thank you wont be ordering again ,

It has been a long time since we last had Chinese food, and we always choose Sun Wah. From visiting the shop to requesting a menu and having it delivered through the letterbox, to speaking with the kind lady on the phone who delivered it, the service was so helpful, especially as I am diabetic. I discussed my dietary needs with them, and the food that was delivered was delicious. As a diabetic, I truly enjoyed the meal, and my partner also loved his food. Thank you, Sun Wah, for providing us with such delicious food and excellent customer service and delivery.
