This was a great food spot, amazing vibes service. The wait was slightly longer than expected but 100% worth it! I really enjoyed the food, absolute 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing food and Customer Service! Was a bit of a wait but was worth the wait! I had a Honey Glazed Chicken and it was delicious.

Order never arrived, and then no one answered the phone! And I wasn’t issued a refund! Which is odd cause we’ve ordered form here before and this didn’t happen

My Full English was Full if **** We get seated by some very polite staff and they seem to attract very nice patrons. So I was immediately comfortable with the relaxing environment they’ve created. I order my full English Breakfast and my Mrs ordered her Eggs Benedict with a coffee and Vanilla late. We literally waited 30 minutes before the cook decided to inform us that they don’t have any sausages for the full English. Which would have been fine had they told us 20 minutes ago! Anyway. He said he could put chicken strips in my meal instead! *gasp* He said that if they get a delivery of sausages he’ll fry me a couple. The sausages never arrived and I was left with a subpar Full English Breakfast. Although the term ‘Full’ is used very loosely here. Chicken Strips (think KFC) instead of Sausages, cold toast, 45 minute wait for what’s essentially a 10 minute job to make. Never been more disappointed in a full English in my life. Horrible food. Ordered food online from Just Eat. Everything was nice apart from lasagne. It looked disgusting, there was no lasagne sheets, it stunk. I went to shop and asked if I could talk with manager. No one was keen to help, staff called the chef who said that sheets melted, and that’s normal. I said I want refund for lasagne, as I had to throw it away. They phoned shop owner who shouted at me in front of his staff, swearing. Told me to leave the shop and f... off. I’ve asked him why I have to leave it, if he wants he can call police. All he said was “off you go”. So I left. I was with small child, with positive attitude, but got a lot of abuse. Will not leave this like that, as it’s not right to abuse to customers only because they came to complain. Discussed this with Just eat, they will organise the refund. Complain goes to Trade Standards, Council and local news!
