The Croppers Arms - Kirklees

After having 2 bad experiences with food over the last 12 months, I heard there were new owners ,so I gave it a go. I wasn't disappointed. I only had a starter garlic mushrooms and a portion of chips,they were very tasty, I will definitely be going back when the full menu is up and running

This restaurant is mainly filled with intoxicated customers hogging the bar. The staff is impolite and not very attentive. We have eaten here before, but many items listed on the menu were not available, and the food was very plain.

I would recommend skipping this restaurant. My family and I attempted to visit, but found that the menu was limited with only about 10 main choices available. Unfortunately, during our visit, 4 out of the 5 choices we wanted were not available. It seemed like the staff were more focused on Christmas bookings than serving customers. We ultimately decided to leave and no one seemed too concerned about our departure. The pub itself is nice, clean, and located on a busy road.

Haven’t been here for quite some time, was very impressed. Food was well prepared, served and delicious

Rang up last minute and the staff booked us in for 7.. Really friendly, relaxed and the food was fresh. Impressed and will go again.
