This sandwich shop is perfect for grabbing a quick bite while waiting for a train at the nearby station. The sandwiches are delicious and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was impressed when they went above and beyond to assist a customer with food allergies. They were also very accommodating when it came to customizing orders. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions of fresh sandwiches. Overall, a great experience!
This small Cafe Takeaway is nestled a few steps up from Railway Street - easy to miss if you're not paying attention! Despite its size, it is well worth a visit. The place is spotless, with friendly service and a variety of sandwiches and snacks on offer. The sandwiches and salads are freshly made to order, and there are good choices on the specials board. The new owner, James, recently graduated from Catering College and is eager to please. With his enthusiasm and the help of the established staff member Pippa, this place is sure to thrive. Don't let the limited seating deter you - stop by and enjoy a tasty meal at this hidden gem.
The best bacon butty I've had in ages and at £2.50 INCLUDING a cup of decent coffee it was excellent value for money. A warm welcome and a spotless little cafe an excellent start to the day. What more can one say?
I was really looking forward to my poached eggs on toast this morning but when I got it the eggs was hard and over cooked. For £3.50 I expected them to be just how I like them (as it is advertised on their website) It was a big let down.
