Contribuisci feedbackAlways very friendly staff there and come with hardly any problems, depending on how busy it is. Only one thing does not like you can order additional tortillas on the app. Most of the time varies between Chipotle Stores.
This place has just gone completely downhill. Used to have employees that worked well. Know they worth at a sloths pace. Waited in line over 35 minutes. Lady at register just standing there instead of helping the guy on the line. Other chipolte locations have the register person finish the toppings while the other person gets people started. Instead the lady at register sees people getting restless and does nothing but stand and wait. Must be nice. When I finally was able to order, i was extremely polite and respectful but the employees made me feel like a burden. I said I wouldn't come back because the quality here compared to others but now the employees don't even make up for it.
I really don?t like giving 1 stars but my goodness, this place was horrific. Not only was it disgusting with trash cans overflowing, but there was food all over the ground in the kitchen, on the prep area, and on the tables. The service was so, so slow and there was no sense of urgency to move the line any quicker. The doors facing the parking lot were also locked from the outside which was strange. There were large catering boxes on tables half filled with food. I felt bad for whoever ordered that because they definitely weren?t going to get warm food? and hopefully they didn?t get sick from it sitting out so long. By far the worst chipotle experience my family has ever had. The owner and/or manager needs to conduct some serious training with their staff.
I normally don?t like to post reviews but this was unacceptable. I understand the times we?re in and some places are short staffed. This wasn?t the case. It was several worker inside, some eating some cleaning with this sign on the door. I?m all for workers getting a break. The sign didn?t say what time they went on ?break? so no way to tell how long we would have to wait. When they opened the door and we approached the line? Black beans were bone dry. Meat looked mushy, and out of white rice. That was enough for me to no want to place an order. If a break was taken, the line should have been replaced with fresh food and ingredients before reopening.
I?m really not sure how this location manages to be a complete disaster so often. This was our order tonight. Take a look! The dining room itself was closed (another thing that happens frequently for seemingly no reason), so IMO, there is really no excuse to get to so, so wrong. There was no chaos from an overwhelming number of customers in store. There weren?t even people AT the store waiting for their order. It?s like they just really truly don?t care about quality control or customer experience at this location. I have resisted the urge to write bad review for this location SO many times over the last two years because I get it, there is a staffing crisis and times are tough. But look, this place was STAFFED tonight. The dining room was closed. They just don?t care. And, this isn?t the first time. It happens so frequently. Read the other reviews. One of my other favorite things was when I walked in to employees on the line literally mocking the customers waiting on their orders outside, like I wasn?t also a customer who could hear it happening. There are a couple of employees here who are consistently kind and try.. and to them, I?m sorry to loop them into this novel.
