Kaldi's Coffee - Kirkwood

I legit waited 30 minutes for my drink. It was made wrong and instead of making it correct right away they forgot about it. I then has to ask about it. Very unfortunate. I get being busy but 30 minutes for an iced coffee is not ok.

We came here while visiting with my grandma. Very cute vibe. Love the outdoor space. Their coffee is awesome and so are their baked goods. We weren’t crazy about the other food options but overall it was a cute place.

Love the atmosphere and the outdoor seating. The staff was very kind during my most recent visit.The prices were out of this world though. I got a small matcha and was charged $11.60. Thankfully though, the staff reached out and made everything right. It seems I was accidentally over charged. I will definitely give this cafe another shot. Amazing customer service!
