It's a place we love to come to. Now we are a family with children and we still love it because they made a place for small children. We come here every year with pleasure. 22.08.2023 we came to the cafe and sat down. We were seated at a table with someone seated before us. 13 minutes no one came to take empty or take order. We will call a waiter, two people are walking around, and they don't care whether there is a newcomer or not. The worst cafe in the most beautiful place of Kırşehir. I said a Turkish coffee, it came like water you know. I'll tell you tea, a waiter is not interested, we waited a few minutes even to drink tea. Absolutely zero business sense. Özsüt in other cities provides top notch service, but this place is worthless. I definitely do not recommend. My second time in the city I'm in because of the holiday, both were terrible, don't come.
