Kfc - Kirtland

This KFC gets worse everytime. Lobby has not been open in months. Was told they are too busy to take my order. Of course it's busy, it's 6:30pm on a Friday. They need to step it up. If you ask for 1/2 extra crispy and 1/2 original. They say sure, but it never happens. Or you show up 3 hours before closing and they are out of chicken for the night. This store is on the decline. This store desperately needs new management or a new owner.

I visited this KFC on a Monday at 7 PM and was told they were out of extra crispy chicken for the day, even though they don't close for another three hours. Why not make more? This location has a lot of issues—I've experienced wrong sides, incorrect chicken orders, and even moments when they ran out of chicken entirely. The lobby has been closed during visits, forcing customers to use the drive-thru only. Honestly, they have one job: to serve fried chicken, and they're failing miserably at it.

They had a good crew working tonight. Best KFC in the area.

Kind and caring staff, helping each other during focused clean up. Food was very good. Great staff usually creates great food. Some call it magic.

This was my first time being denied the chance to customize a 3-piece meal. At other KFC locations I've been to across the country, I've always been able to get the 3-piece meal with breasts and a wing without any issues. However, at this location, they refused to let me make any changes to my order or switch meals. I won’t be returning to this store again.
