Dunkin' Donuts has evolved from just a donut shop into a true café, embracing all the aromas and artistry of great coffee. They really do a fantastic job. The staff follows health protocols by wearing masks, gloves, and maintaining social distance. Plus, their ice cream is spot on!
The restaurant suffers from a disappointing lack of customer service and limited options, despite having a team of considerate employees. One young man was cheerful and helpful, but he seemed rushed and left before completing his tasks. I felt as if I were dismissed as I quickly grabbed my donuts and left. What happened to the courteous customer service? If they only focus on their friends, they're likely to lose other customers quickly.
The ordered breakfast in the drive-thru, for the whole family. only to come to the house and find out that they gave me only half the order! what is more insulting, calls customer service for a particular resolution and always said: "the manager of the load calls her back bc we don't know the situation." situation!? I told you that I was charged for eating that I never got the least what you could do that it offers a good license. only bad service anywhere.
