Contribuisci feedbackCame to this ihop during vacation and it was excellent. eating was with what they expect, came fast and hot. but the highlight of the visit was our waitress tosha. she was the absolute BEST waitress we had in fl, possibly the best overall waitress in the last 10 years or more. zu management: tosha deserves an increase and a promotion, we tip over a 50% if they have any hints on how we felt about it. thank you tosha and bless!
Having used denny’s the day before decided on ihop was a bit surprised to see a previous review we didn’t find any of the issues as stated great breakfast for 6 people served all together standard of food was very good Tracey our server very efficient got very busy as we were leaving will probably be using again
August 17, 2022, my sister and I visited ihop (6065 Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for a late breakfast. Upon arrived we were greeted by Keyshawn the assistant manager. I knew immediately that this ihop was cut above other restaurants we've visited. We were serviced by Sonya. There's no doubt that Sonya is dedicated to quality customer service. After being seated my sister and I noticed that the silverware did not look clean. When we brought it to Sonya's attention there is no question that Sonya was determined to satisfy her quest, she personally cleaned and polished 2 sets of silverware. Sonya is the definition of Quality Customer Service.
The pancakes where good but the same standard as somewhere like Denny’s for a bigger price. Not many vegetarian or gluten free options other than the pancakes although I do understand that this is the main selling point of this restaurant. Service was really good and the place was clean and nice was just expecting a bit more but overall nice experience.
On 8/1/22 I ordered my family 3 stacks of pancakes each from Uber Eats. They only packed 4 small syrup packages for a total of (10) Pancakes. One person (me lol) didn 't get to eat their pancakes because they had no syrup and the rest of the family split the 4 packages. I called the location to speak to the manager regarding the issue and she basically was like oh well and was also very sarcastic and condescending. The syrup isn 't the reason I 'm posting this the unprofessionalism from the manager is my biggest issue.
