Marco's Pizza - Kissimmee

Pizza was done on the shelf for 8 mins while I was standing in the lobby. The guy that was making the food was playing with the bread simulating his private parts. I'm definitely not ordering from this place any longer!!!

My wife ordered a pizza about 40 minutes to an hour ago, delivery. it was supposed to get to our place at 7:21 but at 7:08 they just called us and said “there’s a big wreck so your pizza is gonna be 40 minutes late we aren’t gonna be liable for your pizza being cold.” then they told us “we would suggest you come pick it up instead” so they could get their money and we could sit in traffic for 40 minutes and then eat a cold pizza? this was really dumb honestly, that isn’t customer service at all. we’ve ordered from here a lot but probably won’t again

Waited 10 mins after it was supposed to be done and it was ready the whole time. Also no flavor on my crust. Good thing I left them a tip ahead of time. They really deserved it...

The service is very. Tha cashier have bad actitud. Change the employment. The bathroom is not in service.

I don't know what changed but I ordered a pizza last week and it was soooooo delicious. So naturally I tried again and still delicious. I don't know what changed but it went from good pizza to fabulous.
