This restaurant is a total catastrophic! cold eating, not exactly with tender and slow through the drive in. learn their employees, get new employees or close the restaurant!

These workers are fucking idiots. I ordered two extremely simple non-speciality menu items, and it took five people to lock it in, correct the first cash mistakes, get a manager to approve an overcrowd (which is in front of the front to catch a zigarette, a fourth person to order wrong, and a fifth person to prepare the ineptitude of the fourth person. there were four or five more workers who wrote and held around (but one was constructiv, grieved in their webshop with a plastic straw. plus! I was the only customer. the bathroom was dirty. draw their own conclusions about food/service at this point.

I was given a burn crispy chicken biscuit. Never had the time to return it but the girl knew it was like that. I would have waited instead i was served bad food. Stayed in my fridge for a week threw it away. 4$ down the drain. Didn't feel like going back to complain shouldn't have to do all that. Always check your food before you leave any fast food restaurant. I don't care who is behind you.

5/7/22Everything in Poinciana is absolute trash service. Just stood in drive thru for 12 minutes just to get a cold drink. I was in the left side of drive thru and no one was servicing that side. There were 7 people on the right side of drive thru who came after me the was served and was in line paying. Got one acknowledgement to wait after being in line for 10 minutes. After 12 minutes hit i drove off. That's absolutely stupid one side was being served and a whole other side was being ignored. I just wanted a $1 cold drink. Only reason they're getting 2 stars is because when i use the app for cu curbside pickup the wait is not bad at all. Avoid the drive thru at this location.
