Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

Good evening, everyone. Yesterday, Tuesday, June 4th, 2019, I placed two different orders, and unfortunately, there were issues with both. The employees mixed up my orders—one was through an app and the other was in person. I paid separately for both. The lunch I ordered didn’t taste fresh at all, and the food was cold, especially the coffee; I specifically asked for a hot coffee, not iced. Additionally, I requested chicken but received beef instead. It's hard to explain this experience, especially since I don't have these kinds of problems at other McDonald's locations. You are number one! The food at McDonald's is always served at the right temperature, and the staff consistently provide excellent customer service. The meals are always hot and fresh. Keep up the great work, manager and team!
