Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

Like Most McDonald's, It's usually Always Busy. Especially during certain times, Like Breakfast And Lunch. But This Particular Location The Drive-Thru Can Get Crazy! Thank Goodness It's Has Two Lanes So They Can Get The Orders Taken Faster. Otherwise There Would Be Customer's In Their Vehicles Lined Up On The Highway Waiting To Place Their Order. I Guess People Are Too Lazy To Go Inside To Order. Because It Seems Like It Would Be Much Faster Because The Inside Is Always Pretty Empty.

After couple appts i decided to stop at this location i ordered the breakfast burrito meal i also asked for extra hash brown and Mild sauce i pulled up to pay windoe and verifed my order with cashier she agreed and pulled up to next window she gave me my drink asked me to go to reserve spot....so i did lady camed out and she went to verify my order and they were missing the extra hash brown they mad that right....i left and went to next appointment get home guess what NNOOOOO mild got hot i request mild because i have acid reflex.....

If I was able to give them -0 I would but won’t allow me to. The worst customer service ever! To have the audacity to speak about the customer among each other because your team did not complete the order correctly. Thank you for this experience and to know to never step foot here again.

I waited 17 minutes for someone to come on the speaker with only 3 cars waiting in the drive through, only to find out they were “out” of everything. If you want your customers to go somewhere else, just say so. Don’t put your laziness at the expense of innocent people.

Service was not too bad and slow compared to other McDonald's stores.. But an almost empty large fries really bothered me...
