Melissa is a lovely person and the food at this restaurant is fantastic. I give it a 5 out of 5 for both food and service, as well as for the atmosphere.

The service from the young waiter was very poor tonight. Despite this, the pizzas were good. He was rude and impatient both over the phone and in person, especially towards customers unfamiliar with the menu. Disappointing experience overall. Rating: Food 3/5, Service 1/5, Atmosphere 1/5.

When I arrive to pick up my pizza, the staff has no experience how to treat the customer and secondly, the girl who is serving the cashier leaves the people waiting, goes to the back where the customer can see her eating some potatoes that they had made for her and from step she didn't wash her hands this is very disgusting and there was a second girl who was also in the back I guess she's one of the cooks she did the same thing she was eating something and without washing her hands and touching all the items without washing her hands hands that is not unhygienic there are many people who work in restaurants and are not clean and do not think that it is the other person's food that is being paid for because they are not giving it away so that she is eating without washing her hands and then comes to deliver the food to the customers that is disgusting this place I do not recommend it to anyone Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today, I placed an online order for pickup from this restaurant. The app said it would be ready at 4:25, but when I arrived at 4:28, I had to wait for the cashier to come to the front and assist me. I informed her about my online order and provided my information. She told me that neither of the two pizzas I ordered were ready. When I asked how much longer it would take, she checked with the cook who rudely said it would be 25 minutes because he hadn't started making them yet, and he had other orders to attend to. Despite only one other customer eating there, the cook displayed a bad attitude and lack of professionalism. This employee needs to be addressed by management for his disrespectful behavior towards customers. Additionally, they should verify the accuracy of the online ordering system for future orders. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and will make sure others are aware of how they treat customers.
