As a Gringa married to a Puerto Rican, I have been exposed to this cuisine both at home and in various restaurants, not to mention on the island itself. Each bite of this delicious food leaves me wanting more.

Sol de Borinquen is a unique dining spot that I absolutely adore. The friendly waitstaff provide top-notch customer service and make you feel like a part of the family. Their passion for their work is evident in every aspect of the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of our families favorite Puerto Rican, even hit from Melao. However, service can be a big spot.
