The wine list was not up to date as the server went to the wine cellar to find our selection just to return with other options that were fine. Overall very nice if you stay on the Gaylord or are set off otherwise parking is not great and Valet is expensive.
Was not called for our planned reservation and told us
Very disappointed with your service. I had reservations for over 3 weeks. The restaurant arrived and found it closed. If the restaurant wasn't open, why would you reserve us? Their service bothered what a nice evening should be for three couples.
This restaurant is extremely overpriced! $90 per adult and $45 per child, drinks not included. The food was average at best. Considering the cost, I was expecting much better quality. I feel like we were severely overcharged at this establishment.
Dining was not the usual 5 star experience. The quality of food was disappointing and items normally found on a Saturday evening buffet were missing (i.e. shrimp, tomato bisque soup, salad greens, homemade bread, etc. The dessert bar did not have any placards and the buffet attendant gave guesses which turned out to be erroneous. Missing was ice cream, cookies, brownies which according to attendant no longer offered. Several small children were present who were looking for the above. Our waiter, however, was spectacular. Very solicitous and a pleasure to talk to. He went above and beyond! Another change was the Christmas show where there would be Carolers in the atrium for guests to see and enjoy. Now it is a ticketed event, closed off with black curtains creating a noisy atmosphere. And to end the night...$43.00 for valet parking plus tip!
