Barburrito - Kitchener

I understand that prices may increase, but this restaurant is not budget-friendly. I consistently request green peppers and they are never available unless I spot them in the refrigerator myself. I find it frustrating that they are often missing. The staff never seems to listen to me and I constantly have to correct them. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the restaurant seems to have declined.

Today together with my friends around 18:40 clock three buoys and cheese burritos ordered. the girl added very less rice in my burrito when she asked to add extra, she made a frowny face. all the time she was not happy to serve. that was the worst experience at this location. the management should really train their employees customer service. In addition, she also asked to mix all sauces and vegetables very well, which she was very unhappy. overall a very bad experience.

Food is always tasty. My only complaint would be that the music is always too loud which makes it so hard to place an order and hear when the server asks questions.

Always out of one ingredient or another, not very proactive on prep
