Love the food here and the prices are pretty good. Although I was pretty disappointed to get a soup that was half made. There was actually no flavor to the broth and some of the ingredients normally in it were missing. Since this was for pickup, I couldn’t exactly take it back easily, so I guess stick to dine in in case you get a whiff

We were a large group which can be very difficult for servers, but I was impressed with the service quality and speed even with a group our size. We had made a mistake on our menu when filling out a part of our order, but it wasn’t an issue and was easily corrected by our servers.The variety of food was overwhelming but mostly understandable. But with so much to try, you have to go a few times before you can get comfortable and confident with everything or enough of everything on the menu.We will definitely be back again and will try completely different things on the menu.

So I usually like Ben Thanh, but this location was not really....great. the food was decent, but seemed like the noodles had been sitting in the bowl for a while before they served it. They didn't put enough fish sauce, and they also forgot about my friends dish. We had 8 people and waited 20minutes for them to come over and take our order, it WAS NOT busy .... The food took forever to come out. When the food came out, they never came back. After an hour, we finally flagged them down and asked for my friends meal. We watch the staff sit on their phones the whole time instead of helping us...When we were checking out the tried to force us to pay 15% tip, I requested it be removed$45 , wouldn't recommend this location

Absolutely the most disgusting pad Thai I’ve ever had in my life. Literally rice noodles doused in sweet and sour sauce. Even a child at home can make better than this. Awful.. you need a new chef

I was extremely disappointed to find out that my meal contained MSG. I had no idea that the restaurant was adding it to all of my dishes. My meal was completely vegetarian, except for the addition of MSG.
