Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - Kitchener

This bar is a fantastic place to visit. They have large screen TVs, making it a great spot to catch a game. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Plus, there's a cool bike displayed out front!

Overall, these issues are easily fixable, so I’m giving the restaurant 3.5 stars. I plan to return in the near future to see if the food has improved. Atmosphere: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Cleanliness: 5 stars, Quality of Food: 3 stars.

The service at this location has always been outstanding, and tonight was no exception! Scott was friendly and down-to-earth. Although he’s relatively new to the Chuck's family, his experience in serving really showed. My drink took a little longer than usual to arrive, but I think Scott was just making sure I fully appreciated the bubbly goodness when it finally came! I ordered my usual club sandwich along with sweet potato fries, which were cooked extra crispy as I had requested. It was a great value for the price! I will definitely be back! I also enjoyed chatting with Darryl, who was very pleasant and eager to hear about my enjoyable experience. Well done once again, Chuck's!

Husband got a steak and fries and said it was perfect! His only complaint was not seeing a sauteed mushrooms and onions option for the steak (just mushrooms for $3.99). I ordered a 2 piece fish and chips to share with my 2.5 year old daughter, and we both enjoyed very much! The fish was perfectly crisp and not dry and overcooked like I find often happens with restaurants not famous for fish dishes. The portions were large and we happily struggled to finish it all between us! Server was efficient and food came to the table within 20 minutes of ordering. Will definitely return!

Good vibes, friendly service , lots tv screens to watch the games. Cheap drinks, Food was delicious, appetizers half off after 9pm the BBQ wings was tossed but over sauced. Table serves takes long, they take to long to come check on you.
