Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that some of our favorite dishes were no longer on the menu, including the angel hair pasta. We were also surprised to discover that the garden salad we ordered had a different dressing than we remembered. Despite our concerns, our server apologized for any dissatisfaction with the new dressing. Unfortunately, we found the taste of the salad to be unpleasant and almost sweet, which lingered in our mouths even after we had left the restaurant.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! It was a pleasant surprise to see the owner actively involved in the restaurant's operations. The food and drinks were delicious, and I was delighted to see families enjoying meals together.
We decided to try something new tonight, so I made a reservation for 6:00. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite busy. Manager Steven was very accommodating and quickly seated us. About 10 minutes later, he checked in to see if we had been served, and when we said no, he had Magda come right over to our table. We ordered drinks, salads, Calamari, and the meat lovers' Flower Charcoal Pizza for the first time. The beverages, salads, and bread were promptly delivered, and when we asked for more salads, Steven quickly brought them over. The Calamari was cooked perfectly with two delicious sauces, and the thin crust of the Flower Charcoal Pizza was tasty. However, we felt that the pizza could have used more sauce. Despite this small issue, we still enjoyed it and gave it an 8 out of 10. We finished our meal in 90 minutes as we could see the restaurant was busy and didn't want to linger like other tables had done for over 30 minutes after paying.
I first ordered a pizza from here and it will definitely be my last. My pizza came 40 minutes late and was cold-heated in the oven to eat. When it was 20 minutes late, I called and asked what had happened and said it should be there at any time as it was on the way. I live only 10 minutes from the restaurant so that the fact that it did not arrive for another 20 minutes suggests that it was obviously not on the way. When it arrived at 7.40 instead of 7:00, it was cold and tasteless. I called again to complain and received a cold apology and a $5 loan for my next order. Not acceptable!
The service was ok, server was unsure of what they were doing, the meal was not what we ordered. Had to reorder, took a long time.
