We love the fionn in our city and we love the ones in kitchener! our dinner on the terrace on a hot summer day. the menu is somewhat different from that in calgary, so we have to try. to revive various things.

We arrived on Friday. we came in to ask for a table, was adult and a child under we were told abruptly that she could not do this not only to a table, We...left and then went back min later and asked for a table for and one table for we were told that we were the same person that I can not do that we were full? We were here several times with good service and good food. this time was for a date night, and as usual the service and eating were good. what really came out to us was the quality of service to correct a mistake we ordered. chicken bites and they were still in the middle raw. a simple mistake when they are baked and fried pieces. we let the server know that we made a new batch and they kindly remember that it wasn't their fault that it was okay to happen mistakes. she immediately released a new batch and they were great! the service manager also came by to apologise who again we said it was ok, it happened! she both started eating out of the bill (we did not request it), and she also gave us a voucher to use next time. we were pretty hurled away how hard they worked to correct the problem.

Would go back just because of her. we had both fish and chips and they were decent enough. the fries that had exactly the correct amount of salt fed. server included malt vinegar, which does not always happen. cole Slav was good. would go back to get her burger. the place was a little quiet. Went in on a very slow night due to a snowstorm. The shepherds pot pie is amazing. We followed that with some sticky toffee pudding which was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating
