Pita Pit Highland Rd - Kitchener

I usually get the souvlaki pita . This time I got the chicken caesar . Very tasty and fresh ..Pita was filled with lovely vegetables.

This Pita Pit location is very disappointing. The ladies who work here seem to have very poor customer service and make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them by giving them your business.I am a big fan of Pita Pit on Claire and Gordon (Guelph), but this location on Highland falls way too short.The restaurant isn't especially clean and the ladies working seem like they are just hanging out.

Very impressed with speed of service speed and quality of meal. Love this place.. im not into gast food bit this place is the exception.to the rule.

I was in the Highland and Westmount Road store this evening to order two wraps. There was no one in line behind me. I had to call my daughter to find out what she wanted on her wrap. So while at cash I called her, she is so picky I didn't want to get it wrong. The person at the cash did not enter in to my obvious dilemma AT ALL, customer service and understanding not in existence at all. Not surprising, really, in this day and age. I was on the phone with my step-daughter trying to dictate what she wanted. All I got was exasperation from the server. By the time I got to the build the pita area I was so frustrated and they were totally not helping me as I tried to get it right for my family. Ended up, yes, I got angry,. I do apologize. I was told to never go back to that store. Now, I have been to that store several times and really, it isn't all that busy so why are they banning me? They are young and don't understand the frustration of a 62 year old life trying to please all in it. I am sorry for being upset for sure but feel being banned from the store forever is equally un appropriate.

I visited Mozy's location in Cambridge and ordered the flavorful Shawarma wrap without fries.
