Great service from our waiter, food was ok but unacceptable for the supervisor/manager to yell at his employees like they are slaves.Doesn't matter the situation you should not handle it like we witnessed yesterday.Be more Respectful!

Went here today and the server was SO SWEET! She got everyone to sing me happy birthday and got me a pancake, we came closer to closing time and none of the staff made us feel rushed and all had conversations with us. It was so nice this is always my go to spot and i specifically choose this location because of their amazing staff! Thank you all so much for making my day!

The food is very coin toss, sometimes it's great others it's very disappointing. The size of meals have gotten smaller, and our waitress wasn't very good, blamed the POS system for all mistakes. Decent enough place.

For the sake of transparency, I want to mention that I've only dined for breakfast, and on both occasions, I enjoyed the patio seating. The patio is lovely! The service has consistently exceeded my expectations—it's very attentive and truly great! The breakfast menu is quite extensive, offering a lot of variety. While it may be a bit pricey for breakfast, the portion sizes are generous. The hash browns weren't my favorite, but my companions seemed to enjoy them.

I have visited this Sunset restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the service and food. However, during my most recent visit, I ordered a burger, which stated on the menu, "All our burgers come with home fries and veggies." When the burger arrived, it only had home fries on the plate. I asked the server about the veggies, and I was told, "Well, people usually don't eat them, so we throw them out, so we don't give them out unless customers ask. Do you want them?" I requested the veggies and received just a quarter of a cucumber and a quarter of a carrot. If customers aren't eating the veggies, perhaps they should consider changing the side option. An even simpler solution would be to remove the mention of veggies from the menu and just state, "All burgers come with home fries." While the service and food were great, this felt like a rather cheap business practice.
