Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

My wife & I went there for supper. My wife ordered chicken & shimp & I ordered chicken stir fry & garden salad with house dressing on it. One waitress took our order right away. Salad came & it was good. Service to this point was good but anther waitress with dark brown shoulder length hair came with our dinner & I start to eat , when I noticed that something was worng I started to pull out my my mouth a long dark brown hair at lest 12 inches long. I all most though up at the table. We called our original waitress over & showed her the hair & she was horrified at the hair bring in my food & making it inside my mouth. She called over the Management & we show him & tolled him what had happened he assured me the bout was none of his kitchen staff because none of them had long hair. I told him I knew it wasn't his kitchen staff that I knew whose hair was I pointed to the second waitress that brought our food her hair was slightly longer than shoulder length dark brown I said it was her hair and that she is not wearing a hairnet and this is unacceptable he apologized again and said that he was sorry and feel caught my meal I told him but that is unacceptable copping my meal as one thing but I feel sick to my stomach my supper is ruined and because of this I will more than likely never come back to this location or possibly Swiss Chalet ever again I told him that not only your kitchen staff need to wear a hairnet but your waitresses do my first original waitress which we have had many times at this location she is awesome and she wears your hair in a tight bun so that this kind of thing does not happen however at this location it does not seem to be the norm for the waitresses to have their hair up tight so this is going to happen again if not already happened to someone else I am finished with Swiss Chalet and because of this if I could rate them lower than a one I would.

I went in for dinner yesterday evening April 4 2107, at approximately 7 pm. I was seated quickly. I waited almost 14 minutes before the waitress finally came over and took my order. simple 1/4 white fries . water with lemon extra sauce. it took another 8 minutes to get my water. My dinner came several minutes after that no extra sauce. she then proceeded to clean the table beside me and when she was done placed the tray with some garbage on it onto my table and walked away. I tried to get her attention to remove it but she didnt return for another 15 minutes . Needless to say I was not pleased. I seriously did not appreciate garbage left on my table. She came by when I was almost finished and asked how everything is .. kinda late.... chicken was dry, no extra sauce no finger bowl to dip my fingers . Asked her to remove the garbage tray b ut she left it and walked away WTH?? Have to say , this place is going downhill . Not sure if I will be returning

My daughter and I went for lunch today and we both were delighted with the meal and also the service.We were seated immediately after we arrived and our waitress, Anne A. took our order with a smile. She was very efficient and friendly. We both had the quarter chicken meal and it arrived hot and delicious. No complaints at all.

Went in for lunch with sons girlfriend. it was tasty but skimpy on the fries and sons girlfriends lunch was pathetically small . Make sure to tell them not to skimp on the fries. I was still hungry afterwards :(

Dirty plates, cutlery and even the inside of our cups!! The server was pleasant but the food was just terrible...reheated frozen taste and watery spinach dip....and I love spinach dip!! Worst restaurant visit ever!
