The Rabbid Fox - Kitchener

Friendly fast service. Large selection of draft beer available. My hubby had the fish and chips and it was pretty good, had better, it looked better then it tasted. I had the wings and they were very good. I would come back and try other things.

Excellent caesar salad, passable tikka chicken, Naan was burnt on one side making it tough to chew. Nice atmosphere on the restaurant side meant we didn't have to watch sports which was a nice change from most sports bars where you can't miss the action and conversation suffers.

Husband and I decided to go for a pint to celebrate our anniversary. Went to the Rabbid Fox. I can't rate the service because we sat for just over 20 Minute. The server visited 3 tables around us. Did not talk to us. She didn't even return outside. We gave up and our now on our way to the Edelweisse Tavern.

The food at the Rabbid Fox was good. I had jerk chicken soup while my partner had french onion soup and wings. Food was good even though service was slow. Could be due to the inexperience of the server (who was new).

Having recently eaten,reviewed and rated a local specialized fish and chip location, I decided to try our local pub to see how it's fish and chip offering compared. Fridays is a two for one special offering before 5pm and my wife and we took advantage of that special.The fish was white, flaky and well battered.The fries were fresh cut and served with coleslaw and tarter sauce.Overall it was a good lunchtime experience.
