Tim Hortons - Kitchener

Taste of coffee are same as all the Tim's.Staff are friendly.Nice ambience.Drivethrough available.Donuts varieties contains more sugar than other shop donuts.Sandwich is too small for the price.They atleast need to add more stuffing or bigger bread.

I tried to order from the drive thru and nobody answered. Then someone came behind after I was about to leave and they were served instantly. It’s very unprofessional to let something like this happen, I will never be going back. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wanted to have breakfast and use the washroom in the morning. müll over flowing and 0 fabric paper. not for the change station. not for the toilet. No one for your hands. how can the change in the morning and night shift fail. they must have been too busy to swear and wear, as I heard how I find out what to do. left feeling so rough and no longer hungry. I'd rather starve, then back to this place.

Food and drink was fine today at around 2:45 pm. However, EVERY table was dirty. We picked the cleanest dirty table and informed the staff. The guy said ok and then did nothing. The place was not busy at all: even drive-in was slow. When we left a half hour later I told the same person that the tables were still all dirty and got a blank look. Not impressed at all.

The worst service ...today orederd a coffee with expresso shot got a coffee with cream when i told them its wrong..a worker in a turban came telling me i ordered wrong and started to argue with me.... that is the most disgusting thing i have ever experianced at a tim hortons....
