Tito's Pizza - Kitchener

We have been going here ever since it was opened as has always been our go to place for pizza. We have seen it change hands a few times, but their pizza and wings never changed...neither did the fast and courteous service. That is...until the latest change. The new management and staff are very rude and not interested in customer satisfaction whatsoever. If they get the order wrong, they say they will correct it for you "the next time" and promise to put your name in "their book". So, the next time you make a purchase and you ask for the "correction" to be honoured they make excuses why they can't but say "the next time you come in" they will make it right. Then you go in again and they tell you they won't honour the correction because "your name isn't in the book". But because you are so hungry at 11:30 pm after 2days on the road, you decide to still make your FULL purchase only to find out they botched THAT order. You go in the next day to talk to the manager and he calls you a liar about yesterday's order and proceeds to tell you that you're the ONLY one who seems to have these problems and that you, in the future, should go elsewhere for your pizza and wings. RUDE doesn't even begin to discribe the ignorant way this store is run. I will be going elsewhere, even if I have to pay more. Their product isn't nearly good enough for me to have to put up with this type abuse. If I could give them negative stars, I would!!!STAY AWAY!!!

My daughter and her family first found this pizza location; and when I tried it found it good too! Have purchased from here many times. Great staff; great prices; GREAT pizza!

If you are looking for a tasty pizza where they are generous with the toppings look no further. Might be the best pizza in KW

We were looking for a different place to get pizza deliver for a change from our same-ole same-ole. The family deal was very reasonably priced and came with 2 very delicious pizzas, 2 pounds of excellent breaded wings (we asked for sauce on the side), a caesar salad, garlic bread and a bottle of pepsi. Delivery was faster than expected, thank you very much, and the food was delivered hot. My only 2 suggestions would be to add a little more love to the caesar salad as it was ok but nothing special. And although the garlic bread was tasty, it was just a sub bun with garlic butter and the cheese stuck the 2 halves together. We will order from here again, but until they change up the salad and bread offerings, we will just order the pizza and wings next time. Note, there is a different Tito's Pizza on Weber and Fairway, but they are not affiliated with this company and it was a little confusing when wanting to order.
