Ye's Sushi - Kitchener

We went there to celebrate my birthday yesterday the attendant was very unprofessional with us Also, my girlfriend mention to her that it was my birthday, and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Online they offer anyone who has their birthday that they would get a percentage off of their dinner. Once we paid for the bill, she indicated to us that we don’t do that no more and that a birthday to them is only just a normal day. Also note, if you have a food allergy, this is not the place to go. It was very dirty and also we explain to them about the food allergy, and they did nothing to accommodate it. We definitely will not be going back again all six of us that were there yesterday were very disappointed..

Sushi is better at a grocery store. Quality is poor and fairly expensive for what you get. Service is unfortunate with staff who throw down food without smiling. Food doesn't resemble photos on the menu either. Some items are good but overall VERY expensive for what you get which is extremely poor quality food.

They had pictures on their menu but would bring out a completely different item. For instance, the picture would show delicious looking sushi, and then when we ordered it, it would come out covered in sauce. However, the sauce was nowhere on the menu. That's not good for someone with allergies to dairy.

Ate there today and most of my food was freezing cold and couldnt eat it. Not going there again. Sushi Stars will be my only place now

Was there for dinner with a friend. When you walked in the place had an off smell and was not the cleanest place, they sat us at a dirty table with the last guest garbage on the seat. The server was short and did not smile. The food was ok I have had better sushi. The charges we received for a total of 24rolls a rye and ginger and a beer was almost $100. They charged us all you can eat which we did not want, 5 bucks for a rye and 4 bucks for a pop and 6 bucks for a bottle of beer. Being ripped off would not have been so bad if the rest of the place was acceptable. I would find another place to go. I'll never go back!! not worth the money.
