Dunkin' - Kittanning

The fresh donuts and great coffee at this restaurant were delightful. I especially enjoyed the new holiday flavor that I tried – it was very good.

This restaurant offers delicious quick meals in a well-maintained environment with friendly staff. While it is best for grab-and-go dining rather than a leisurely meal, the convenience factor is unbeatable. I would definitely recommend it.

I requested decaf tea with 1 cream, but they gave me caffeinated with 4 cream, and no honey. When I ordered Dunkin Midnight, they said they don't usually make it and need to brew a fresh pot. This was the worst Dunkin experience.

I've never personally had a problem with this Dunkin' location other than the lack of glazed munchkins from time to time. My coffee is always made correctly and in a timely manner. The drive thru is a little on the slow side in the morning sometimes butthat is due to the large amount of people and how busy they are. I worked for and managed Dunkin' locations for 4 years and knowexactly how to order for the best outcome.. I know the menu, the products, and exactly what I want. Slower times are typically(not always. There are plenty of times it is the employees or lack there of) due to customers not knowing what they want or notunderstanding what they are ordering.

The delivery was fast and the food looks delicious. I hope they taste as good and fresh as they appear. Some of the icing wasn't the best, but overall I am satisfied.
