Kfc - Klamath Falls

Worse customer service ever. You try to ask a question and they get upset about it, like your a nuisance.

Fast, friendly staff, and hot, juicy, moist chicken. What more can a guy ask for? KFC is on the expensive side, but as an occasional treat, it's well worth it. This location is well staffed and appears very clean.

First thing I asked, you discouraging patrons from dining in? It 's like a sauna in here . His reply, no, the AC is broke . No one was dining in this evening. Prices have sky rocketed since the last time i was here. The self-serve soda fountain wasn 't working a plumber was just leaving w/ his snake in tow. Someone said they 're under new management. Seems to me that this place is starting down hill. Hope that 's not the case.

For KFC this place should shine. Every time I have gotten chicken here it's like the frying oil hasn't been changed in a while. That is always obvious when your chicken skin is dark. I hate to beat this place up but this has happened too often and the other thing is maybe it was a fluke the coleslaw doesn't taste very well last time I was there either. Easy fix and the manager should know about it and of course whoever the franchise owner is. You have some very good competition here in Klamath Falls and we all know who that is. I hope this KFC Pays more attention to the fryer and change out that oil more often.

Everything here is horrible, especially the service. It's a nightmare just getting your crappy food. It's dirty, disorganized, the servers have attitude. No one in my family will ever go here again, the chicken at Fred Meyers is better. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.
