This laid-back, quirky "resort" offers camping and cabin rentals, as well as boat rentals. While the water near the lodge had a brownish-green hue, it looked much clearer further out on the lake. The small restaurant has a simple kitchen setup and serves beer. I stopped by for a drink and a snack, ordering the garlic French fries with ranch dressing. The ranch is exceptional (definitely ask for two servings) and the fries are perfectly seasoned with salt and garlic powder. You can purchase beer from the store inside or enjoy one of their draft options. Indoor seating wasn't available during my visit—are they still observing COVID protocols? Nevertheless, the outdoor seating was quite nice.
This resort is stunning. The staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is completely relaxing, and the food is absolutely fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning, as there are so many outdoor activities to enjoy!
I rented a cabin here during a winter snowstorm in February, and it was an amazing experience. We were the only guests at the resort, and the café was open for the weekend. Everything was prepared for us when we arrived early, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The rustic cabin was just as I expected—clean and cozy. I wouldn't change a thing! Walking over to the lodge for delicious homemade food and cocktails made the experience even more special, and the prices were much lower than I anticipated. The other patrons were locals who seemed to be keeping this little paradise to themselves. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last!
Our weekend could have been absolutely delightful if it hadn't rained the entire time. The campground is stunning, nestled among tall trees right by the lake. It offers both tent sites and full hookups for RVs. The cozy café has a nice selection on the menu, including options for kids, and the prices are comparable to other restaurants and diners. There's also a small store on-site. You can find boat mooring, parking, and a ramp available for use. Additionally, there are charming little cabins available for rent. The location is about 38 miles from Medford and 39 miles from Klamath Falls, providing plenty of activities and more extensive shopping options just a short drive away.
