They served the order (roasted chicken bowl) in plastic pack. In Café. Charging +30% more than in shop. Good, they brought standard cutlery and glass cup (not plastic) with orange juice. Feeling, you are served in fast food.
The coffee is good, not the best in Zürich, but the baristi are very professional.... As you can see from my photo, their latte art is unbelievable. Although the bar is always full, they can make these amazing cappuccini. The service is very good. Probably the best location in Flughafen Zürich
Extremely bad customer service. Old lady was rude. This old lady work there needs to learn how to properly treat their customers.
Prices are too high despite the location, the staff is not really trained and tries to process every guest quickly, even if they want to stay seated! You clear away half-full drinks and try to free up space for the next ones... Sprüngli should consider whether this is really advertising!
