Ufb Kluang

Ambiente was wonderful, great for termine. the food was cheap and delicious. great also for a night with friends. this place serves alcoholic drinks and is not half. so far the eating patterned pork chop, pork tenderloin, pasta with bratwurst, all delicious.

Serving is adequate and the quality of food is commendable. Pricing is appropriate from food quality, service and ambient environment.

The place is clean and tidy. The design of the restaurant is simple and organised. The dishes mainly pizzas (variety of toppings) and spaghetti are tasty as ingredients are fresh. The services are fast, efficient and friendly. The price is value for money.

General quality is below what I experienced in JB branches. Skip the burger, the rest (pasta, fried rice) are okay.

This my first time try UFB, their food taste is pretty good. We oder a garlic spaghetti whit smoke duck and grilled chicken chop. However, their waitress need to be trained again. Frist, she gave me that menu fell on the floor and she stepped on menu, no hygiene awareness. Second, I asked her which body part of the chicken chop was used, and she replied that the chicken was soft. Hey sweetie, I know XD I hope their manager can improve their service skills.
