Subway - Knightdale

I love coming to this subway, is always clean and the means are always looking fresh, the ladies that work here are always smiling and good vibes

This location is extremely stingy on the coupons. My husband and I went in to use the buy 1 footlong drink get a footlong free (excludes one section of their sandwiches).A guy behind us was in there trying to use a coupon too. Although it said any sandwich, he was repeatedly told he can’t use it. This was his second time trying to use a coupon where he was told no. We then presented our coupon knowing we were probably going to run into an issue. At first we were told no and then the lady did take it as three customers were ready to walk out.As stated in previous reviews, the staff does and will talk negatively about you in Spanish. Easy to get away with if you don’t understand.Also sad how much Subway has increased their prices (not the staffs fault). We will no longer be going to any Subway. If they didn’t take our coupon we would have paid around $40 for two footlongs, 1 chip and a drink.In conclusion, not the kindest of locations and stingy on coupons.

Not being able to use coupons due to the fact that the staff/management will not take them. Coupons clearly state that you are to use it in the restaurant. However, the staff/management explain that they cannot use it on the computer and that you need to order it online. The rudeness from the staff after explaining what it states and them still not allowing you to use your coupon for this location has caused me to write this review.

You are treated badly by a lady in particular and apart from that she is Hispanic just like me and just because I asked her for something in Spanish she didn't understand me and being equally Hispanic and having the nopal on her forehead
