Hello Lovely Staff of The Old Ground! Thank you so much for keeping my daughter's hand bag and wallet for a week until our village taxi driver from the west coast came through town again on an airport run! He said you were so nice and it smelled so good, he stayed for a lovely lunch too! You were grand and knew right away what he was looking for! We truly appreciate the extra effort, honesty, and kindness. The gesture was in keeping with how well we were taken care of at our visit. If anyone wants to be treated extraordinarily well and eat great food, this obviously the place to be. Thank you.

I visited this restaurant yesterday during a busy day with many schoolchildren nearby. The staff made sure everyone felt comfortable and welcome. I tried the Irish breakfast and the bacon was delicious. This hidden gem is located next to a quiet sanctuary that exudes peace, positivity, and warmth.
