Contribuisci feedbackLast night I probably enjoyed one of the best dishes in my life. A pure wonder. Like the rest of the meal. Edwin Manue masters the frank and delicate tastes. Here, everything is worked with respect to the flavours of the product. No attempt to denature it but instead to support the flavors by combining them with each other. Really if you go to Knokke, it's an unmistakable, unforgettable address. Reservation indispensable.
Really excellent. The service was great, the delicious dishes, arriving and discovering the map we asked if it was possible to make one of the two menus without fish and the chef was very good at satisfying us by improvising something fantastic. We'll be back there without hesitation!
An establishment worth its reputation: 17 at gault and Millau but that could certainly have 17.5. A constant evolution! A lunch that's worth its price. A pleasant moment to pass. Book without hesitation. Opinions nuanced during my last visit: sometimes the tastes of some foods offered were too strong and masked the flavors of the other components (Italian wine served with the entrance looked like the Greek retsina! We love or we don't like it. Very/too present green lemon. Basil oil... Tribute; less thin than usual.
This Monday, April 25, 2022 we ate for the first time in Cuines 33.The restaurant is beautiful as well as the lounge and the bar.We lived a moment of culinary grace...each dish was fabulous...from the mouth to the dessert. The service was impeccable and the very friendly and competent staff. A gustative journey that we will not forget.
By the way to Knokke, we were looking for a good restaurant and went ahead. The experience was fabulous! Nothing to change, decor and beautiful bar, top service! And extraordinary menu. Spanish wines to accompany the menu to be discovered. This is an excellent address...
